Tickets
Tickets let you track issues, service requests, and tasks associated with devices in your network.
Every ticket gets a unique reference number — TKT-0001, TKT-0002, etc. — that you
can search for at any time.
Ticket lifecycle
open

triage

in_progress

closed
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
open | Ticket has been created and is waiting to be reviewed. |
triage | Ticket is being assessed and prioritized. |
in_progress | Active work is underway. |
closed | Work is complete. The ticket is read-only. |
